Robert Ostrop, ACE
Our founder Robert (Bobby) Ostrop started his career in pest control in 2008. Prior to this, Bobby served 10 years in Fire and Wildland Rescue. When Bobby first started out in pest control, he quickly grew a passion for this business. This passion drove him each and everyday. Bobby quickly excelled and received promotion after promotion. He also went to school and received many certifications and trainings that give him a level of expertise that most pest control company owners do not possess.
Bobby has extensive experience in servicing food warehouses, healthcare facilities, airline facilities as well as residential buildings. Bobby’s certifications include:

Our CFO, Kimberly, has worked in finance and HR for 27+ years. Kimberly also has a background in construction and contracts. She has an unbelievable amount of knowledge when it comes to financial operations and capital structure. Kimberly is a vital team member here at K&R!

Grace Ostrop
Our CIO and SMM is the daughter of Kimberly and Bobby. Grace works as an EMT and is currently working toward her bachelor’s degree in nursing. Grace is responsible for all of K&R’s social media and online content. Her tech-savvy skill set and youthful knowledge are a critical part of our business.
